Manufacturing Cleanroom

This industrial manufacturer required a highly controlled environment to meet the strict quality requirements their customers demanded of its end product. To achieve such stringent environmental controls a cleanroom was required for this phase of the manufacturing process.

SHECO recommended, sourced and installed a modular cleanroom system from Simplex. A modular system was much more affordable and could be constructed in a much shorter timeframe than a more permanent solution. Its modularity also provided the company the flexibility to disassemble, move and/or expand the cleanroom should their production needs change. Given the company?s history of innovation in product design and functionality, the potential for changes to the manufacturing process were quite possible.

The Simplex cleanroom system included multiple HEPA filters to rid the air of all particulates as well as a partitioned anteroom in which employees could suit up to enter the room as well as clean parts before they were sent into the room. The installation was completed quickly and provided the controlled processing environment essential to customer's manufacturing process.
